J & S Lawncare Service

Lawncare work and value are excellent. However, not dependable. Three different occasions they were a no show, even after asking for a courtesy text when "emergencies" happened. I had explained multiple times that we had to have the exact day or else send a text because of my blind and deaf elderly dog. When my lawn person comes, I must keep her inside when the work is scheduled or else it will frighten her. The last no-show/no-text/no-call forced my sweet, little dog to stay inside all day when she could have been outside enjoying the sunny weather (one of her last remaining joys). Bottom line:Great work, great prices, but not dependable. I understand the unforeseen, but at least send a text so I can let my sweet baby outside. Sorry, but to me that is cruel when one is aware of it. Also, and this is minor, missed an entire section of backyard and did not offer to make it right when I mentioned it. Not a huge deal, but it was the same week as the no-show so I felt like my hand was forced and I needed to look for someone new.

Mr Garcia is a hard worker, does a very good job, communicates well to meet my needs, and shows up when he says he will. I highly recommend his company.

Juan responded promptly to my request for an estimate and was able to quickly fit me into his schedule. I appreciate that he sent me text updates about the status of the work. The work performed was of a high professional quality, and I am quite pleased with how my mom's yard looks. I will definitely continue to use J & S for our lawn care, and I highly recommend them.

Juan contacted me quickly and came by to give me a quote. His price was more than reasonable. They showed up on time to remove the trees and were very careful to look out for not only my home, but my neighbors home as well. They cleaned everything up completely and actually left the area looking better than they found it. I didn't want the roots dug up so Juan put stump killer on and assured me that if I saw any new growth he would come back to retreat the area for no extra charge. I will definitely use this company again.

J & S contacted us promptly to schedule a quote and to do the work. The staff were professional and the job was excellent! Our yard looks phenomenal! The price matches the quality and the promptness. I would highly recommend J & S and would use them in the future.

We had contacted others not on Home Advisor and they never returned my call . J & S called the same day and came out and gave me a quote the same day and completed the work within time frame given and did a great job! I would strongly recommend them!
