Our experience with JSM Fence went well above our expectations. Our install went through without any issues. The team that performed our install were professional and detailed. All of our needs were met and if we need any future projects I would not hesitate to hire them for our next job!!

BEWARE!!! If I could give JSM fence 0 stars, I would. we contracted JSM fence through Lowes to install a privacy fence. We signed the contract May 1st and were told it would be 90 days give or take for the fence to be completed. The materials arrived on 6/6 for the fence and were placed in our driveway. We were told that JSM fence would be calling us within 48 hours. We never heard from them. We contacted Lowes several times who stated they also could not get in contact with John, the owner of JSM. After weekly calls, John finally reached out and stated they would be at our house on 7/25. On 7/24, the day before John called to reschedule due to running behind on a different project. John called back and stated they would be at our house on 7/27. My wife spoke with John and informed him that we would really like the fence completed before 7/31 because we would be in the NICU with our baby. On 7/27 Johnâ s team arrived and stated that they couldnâ t do the job because there were materials missing. My wife discussed with his men where the fence would go and what would need to be done as far as plant removal before they left. My wife called John and he stated they would come back 7/31. My wife also reviewed the request with John then and discussed the fence being flush with the house. John confirmed this was the order. My wife confirmed with John that we would not be home due to being in the NICU, but we would be available by phone. It took Johnâ s team several days to remove and install the fence. My wife and I came home on 8/10 with our baby, and Johnâ s men were finishing up the fence. When we came home we noticed that the fence was not placed properly as ordered and it was almost to the front of the house on the left side and on the right side was 6 feet farther back from the back of the house. John came and reviewed the order and looked at the fence. He confirmed that his men misplaced the fence and stated he would close this order out, reorder the necessary parts and open a new work order. When we asked John when we could expect this to be done he stated it would be two weeks. This was the last we ever heard from John (as of 11/29/23). My wife has called Lowes weekly since 8/10 and theyâ ve stated that John marked the job as complete. It appears he ordered the materials, but has not opened a new work order. Lowes and my wife have tried contacting John numerous times and no one has been able to make contact with him. I would not recommend JSM Fence. Not only do the men not know how to properly follow an order, they also arenâ t reliable. They wonâ t do your projects in a timely manner and the owner canâ t be bothered to remedy his own teams mess

Took down existing fence efficiently.

John was great, I started this project the end of October and John was able to get me on the schedule before the end of November. John is very professional . The fence looks great around my pool ! I will have them come back and do the whole yard in the Spring . Thanks John for all help

John and his crew do excellent work. Strongly recommend their services. Professional and courteous crew-very hard workers.
