Great experience. Hector did a excellent job, great craftsmanship. Mounted my 65 inch tv, hid the wires in wall above my fireplace and added a outlet as well

I recommended the height at which the TV was to be mounted. My wife was not around and as it turned out it was too high for her. Having to look up gave her a neck ache. Make sure the right stakeholders in your house confirm the height is correct. Contacted the company and had it lowered and now everyone is happy. I will certainly use them again when needed.

They need to communicate better. The guy was on time for the appointment but when he realized we didn't have the equipment for the project he just left. He could have let us know that he wasn't coming back.
