It was still dirty when I came home

JSR was hired to do a one-time move out cleaning of a rental home. A quote was secured and cash payment was given before they finished cleaning. I apparently overpaid by $50 and was told by the owner that the overpayment was considered a "tip" and therefore non-refundable. She then offered 50% ($25) of the "tip"...unbelievable. I will not be using them again - the cleaning was not substandard, but not great either. The businesses integrity plummeted in my book with the overpayment issue. I remain in disbelief.

JSR Cleaning Service came highly recommended to my fiancé and I by my parents. The price was very good. The quality of work was excellent. She was very easy to deal with. She didn't cut any corners. I felt as ease allowing her access to my home. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Did an ok job for the money. Asked specifically for cleaning bathrooms but floors were not cleaned. Price was affordable and Kristina was very nice.

Extremely professional and respectful of you and your home. Followed additional instructions and comfortable working around pets. Felt comfortable enough to have them in my house without having someone there. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. I will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.
