The owner of this company, Jeff Reid, completed part of the repair to our home as agreed. He then suggested some additional work which I agreed to for an additional cost. He told me that money was tight and that he needed this payment up front to buy supplies to complete the job. Because he'd done a decent job the first time, I assumed that he was honest and would complete the job as promised. I've made many attempts to contact him and he has responded less and less to the point that I can no longer reach him and he's not returning calls. I did speak with two representatives from HomeAdvisor and they told me that they would attempt to contact him and get this resolved for me. It's not resolved. He did call me shortly after this and promised that he was going to complete the work and send me pictures. This never happened. I'm hoping that Mr. Reid reads this and decides to make good on his promise because I'm at the point of filing charges for "theft by deception." I have proof of payment in both instances. It's not about the money any more. It's about the principle and getting the job completed to my satisfaction so I can be done with the whole situation. I chose this person to do the work because his company was listed on HomeAdvisor and was the first to contact me regarding the job. I assumed that because he was on HomeAdvisor that this meant they had checked him out before they allowed him to post on the site. Apparently I was wrong, so public beware. You'll have to do your own checking on these companies.

I had a leak that eroded my foundation. They fixed the foundation but not the leak which was root of the problem initial. Now I'm out what I paid them and they won't return my calls.
