Didn't have the right equipment to clear the sewer drain, and have to come back a second time because the 1st time the drain wasn't cleared and it got clogged again.

Mr Salazar was very helpful despite the AC unit ended up not being operable. It was a very old unit and thought it could be salvaged for one more summer. He was very helpful and appreciate his honesty and effort. Even checked a second unit to make sure it was ok. Thank you!

Within a half hour of submit the search, Julian called us. He came over the same night for an estimate which was honest and fair. He replaced 2 wall air-conditioners and repaired another. We will definitely call him again.

Julian was very prompt in contacting me. Even when I had to reschedule this job 2 weeks after our initial contact he made sure he responded to all of my messages and inquiries. He should up on time and even looked at a repair issue on another item. I am using him for this project as well because of his excellent service and fair pricing. I had a heavy mirror hung and he did a great job. I had no idea about the technicalities that go into creating a sturdy structure for heavy objects to hang from. He explained everything to me so that I could make the best decision about the location of the mirror. He was very friendly and worked with my schedule.I will def contact him for future projects.

House main sewer clogged Sunday, New Year's Eve Day. Called the standard "Rooter" companies. No answer, no returned calls. Called JS Repair. Julian gave me the time frame, was 1/2 hour early. Friendly, courteous, clean, prepared for work. Did the job quickly at a relatively low cost. Paid gladly and gave him a bottle of Cabernet for New Yearâs Eve!
