He (owner) arrived 10 minutes early. He removed both riser covers by himself, pumped the 1250 gallon tank, replaced the covers properly (8 screws in each cover), and answered three or four questions that I had, and left (took about 1.5hours). He disturbed none of the nearby plants or bushes. He left no tracks in the side lawn, where he backed in his tanker. The leach field was near where he had to back in, I had the field outlined with metal 4ft posts and red marking tape between posts. Leon

They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes or less. Everyone in the operation from office manager to the gentlemen who came to the job were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They came right when they said they would, ensured my satisfaction, and the cost was reasonable and as estimated. I will definitely contacting them to do work on the leach field when I am ready to take that step.
