Mr. Sanza gave me ideas on doing upgrades. He gave me his discount at the tile store. He worked around my schedule, He kept me up to date on every step of the job. He had his own plumbing, electrical, and painting contractors that he used and they got in got job done and were all friendly. Mr. Sanza is a people person. He did not come in trying to sell me his product. He was my last estimate for the job and after talking to him I knew I wanted him for the job. I am very pleased with the work that he did and just how he handled the whole job. He always cleaned up after each day. I would certainly be more then glad to recommend him to someone else.

John was easy to work with, made suggestions when necessary, was on time everyday and finished the job on time. He accommodated changes throughout the project. I would recommend his services!

John just finished remodeling our main bathroom for us, and we could not be more pleased. What I really liked about John was that he gave us different ideas about the bathroom features that we really liked, and adopted most of his suggestions. The other contractors that we had estimates from were good, but did not show us the insight that we believe John showed us. The professionalism and courtesy that he showed us was above and beyond. I would highly recommend him for any type of remodel or home repair.

We contracted with John Sanza to remodel our two bathrooms. John came to the house as scheduled to review the project and make some excellent suggestions. He promised to have the project completed in about one week. Always, when you have a stranger in your home doing work, you have concerns. Upon meeting John, we had no concerns whatsoever and after his first day on the job, we were amazingly pleased. Of course, once you get started on a project there are other minor things that you see. Mr. Sanza listened carefully to our plans for the new bathroom, he provided advise when appropriate, and he was willing to incorporate our suggestions. I observed John's work closely throughout the completion of the entire project. His skills and knowledge are substantial, and his standard of work is the highest. He easily completed many complicated and diverse tasks including moving interior walls, installing a custom shower, etc. The relationship that John has with a number of other contractors facilitated the completion of the project. We are very happy with our new basement bathroom. Mr. Sansa has my highest recommendation.

Mr. Sanza gave us many great ideas at the time of estimate and gave us an extremely well defined and reasonable estimate. Every point he suggested paid off, he did an outstanding job on remodeling our masterbathroom. We had a family crisis through this remodeling and he went beyond his responsibilities to make this remodeling easy on us. He is a true professional and a wonderfull human being, We highly recommend him and we will defenetly will use his services again.

He asks a lot of questions up-front, this is key to a good mutual understanding of the work. Other contractors who just make a few measurements and leave are not going to catch critical issues until too late. Sanza dealt well with differing site conditions which involved extra plumbing work.

He has done 3 different jobs for us. We recommended them to our neighbor and they like him too. He stands behind his work and wants to make sure it is done the way you like.
