We hired Jscape to clear a lot behind our house and plant a grass field that could be easily mowed. I cannot recommend using them because: - We were left with a patchy dirt field with very little grass, which cannot be easily mowed, due to the rocks and thick weeds. - Job seemed rushed - Project was left incomplete as they never came back to reseed the lot (which was part of the agreement) and now Jared has told me that Jscape no longer seeds lawns. -Very difficult to contact anyone Jared is a very nice guy, but Jscape is clearly in over its head and does not seem to have enough resources to deliver a promised result. We mistakenly accepted the mediocre finished product in sympathy for Jareds growing business.

I hired Jared to work on our yard, did not complete the job, broke several lines of my irrigation, told me he would pay for them. Jared did patch them but one is still leaking, also worked on our drainage system used an old garden hose and the hose is kinked, was suppose to grind the top soil in my yard but he hauled the dirt away, I bought 18 yards of soil for my personal use for the work I was going to use in the fall and I saw Jared using it, Jared told me he was going to come back and complete the work and never did

"This is what we call a scammer that tries to take advantage of the system, Doug agreed to the quote provided to him, the dirt that was going to be hauled away was going to be screened and used back at his house to keep the cost down for the project, however when the time came to strip the grass that was dead. Doug stated this dirt can not leave my house. As far as the sprinklers lines go, they were fixed and tested to make sure they work properly which myself and the sprinkler company tested. My advice to all other companies is dont do work for this homeowners he is out to scam the system. Look at all of our other company reviews."

just can not say enough about. Got 5 quotes, only 1 through home advisor. Jared from J-scape called me in less than 24 hours, came over shortly after, and emailed me a quote the next day. he was the cheapest, and did exactly what I asked for, which none of the other quotes would do. working on a second and third project for him.
