Jesus came out the next day to replace my water heater after it broke the night before. He was right on time and finished the job when he said he would. He is very proud of his work and makes sure your needs are met. It was very easy to get in touch with him and talk to him. I will give him a call when I need his help again. Good job.

Home Advisor is Awesome! Noticed issue at 5:00 a.m. Went to HomeAdvisor with my needs. J Sewer E Drain Plumbing was recommended. He called within a minute. At my house within 2 hours of searching HomeAdvisor. Plumbing is working. Great outcome.

Jesus is honest. Having been ripped off by other companies it was a pleasure to work with someone who knows what he is doing and doesn't take advantage of senior citizens.

I needed a plumber asap and called other companies and waited for return phone calls which I wasn't getting in a timely fashion, so I used HomeAdvisor's ProFinder, got an immediate response and Jesus was on my doorstep under 2 hours. He was able to clear the blockage but unfortunately for me, I had bigger issues with my septic field that was out of his wheel house. I called the company that worked on my septic field last June and Jesus took the time to talk to them on the phone explaining what he had done and the situation. Excellent customer service!

My bathroom sinks (back to back) were stopped up below the joint, so both were filling up. I replaced piping on one side to use an auger but couldn't clear the obstruction. Jesus did good work. Arrived when he said he would (on a Sunday). was very polite and efficient. Completed his work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after himself very well. $180 for less than an hour of work is a bit steep, but sometimes you have to pay for expertise and experience. Jesus seems to have both.

Jesus was awesome. He was so quick to respond and got here with a new pump fast. He also checked that everything was working properly and thoroughly before leaving.

I got a really quick response time from this company when contacted, they came out early even, and fixed the problem (blocked sewer line) promptly and charged a reasonable rate. I would hire them again.

Our main sewer line was backed up this morning and I need to find a plumber fast. Went to Home Advisor and put in a request to have someone come this morning. Jesus called within 30 mins and was here within the hour. He came fully prepared with the tools and equipment he needed. I remembered that we had a flood valve installed in our yard a couple of years ago and mentioned it to him. He was thankful that I did because it could have caused a bigger problem rodding out the main line. After walking our yard and going into the street to see where the water lines were I decided to have the main line rodded out to the street at the risk of breaking the valve and/or having to cut the rod line because of it getting bound up in the valve opening. Thankfully it didn't bind up and he was able to get the line flowing again. Excellent Job, Jesus! I highly recommend him.

Our sump pump went out early this morning and was quickly backing up into our basement. The first company I called didn't pick up so I tried home advisor and this company came up as an option. They were at my house within an hour. He was able to get our pump working right away. He provided our options and his opinion but in no way did he try to over sell us for work that might not of been needed! Quick, professional and not pushy (like I've experienced with other companies). I will be using this company for future needs!

They called and said they would be here around 3:30 and they were on time. Gave me an estimate based on the problem and got to work. Attacked the problem from multiple spots, it was not clearing. they advised me of some additional cost. I agreed and he kept working very hard. He got the blockage cleared, checked all toilets and sinks were draining. Cleaned up, put everything back together. This was my first time using HomeAdvisor and it couldn't have gone better.

They showed up on time. They called and communicated with us. We had a minor issue, they got back to us and took care of the problem right away. We were very happy.
