Jim painstakingly removed, cleaned and reset loose ceramic tiles. He saved us from having to replace the entire kitchen/family room floor. It was by necessity a dusty/dirty job, which Jim did cheerfully and for a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire him again.

I hired Jim Sluis to replace rotted wood trim and wood decorative "fence" on my front porch. Quality work done, accommodating my time constraints. Went above and beyond, not only painting the new trim, but also the adjacent trim and all of the trim at that level to match. Also dry-walled an open wall in the garage left open by previous plumbing repairs. Good quality work, good value. I already recommended him to various neighbors.

Hired Jim to remove and replace a kitchen sink. When he got into the job he realized that he had to re-plumb the entire sink due to the configuration of the new sink. He did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him for any small project that you may need done.
