My heat pump was not working and during the hottest two weeks in recent memory, I called a number of HVAC companies that didn't return my calls. I was given James Strong's number after requesting help among my facebook friends. To my surprise, he suggested coming out the very next day a Sunday and he spent less than an hour to fix my heat pump (he had the needed part on hand) and also to do maintenance on my heater and give me lessons on how to do it myself in the future. He charged for one hour and the cost of the part and no extra charge for the weekend work. Pleasant, competent, reasonable, efficient and effective.

I hired James to do a full install of a brand new System 2000 oil boiler and a new water heater/tank. Jim not only quoted me FAR less than the other estimates I received, but has offered superior customer service since the installation. He has been very quick to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend James if you are in the Boston area and need a boiler or water heater.

Very satisfactory experience with Jim Strong and his work crew. This was a multi-part job; Jim saw the "big picture" and responded with ideas that I think will prove to be good ones and suggestions for all phases. Responded quickly, scheduled the job to meet our schedule, and put a large crew to work that got the job completed in a very short period of time. A very good company to work with--highly recommend J. Strong.

He arrived to do the work and finished the adjustment to my radiator heating system within one hour from when I submitted on-line.

Strong beat all competitors by $1,000. Work was done in one day unlike the two others said was needed. Promp service, knowledable , kind and helpful, but clear out a wide path in your basement as the removal and installation is very messy.
