JTA innovative power washed the house siding , gutters and large retaining wall in the back of house. Did a great job( also cleaned out gutter when he noticed it needed it). The siding then needed to be painted which involved sanding, priming and painting. Justin was very through. End of each day things were always cleaned up. Justin was reasonably priced and took pride in a job well done. Very pleased and would use again.

Justin anderson owns this company. his bid was very much below competition and This was the main reason i hired him. I found him to be a very concionous worker. Obviously anxious to do the best on the various inside an aoutide painting. he is a perfectionist at a normal workerorker cost an Iwouuld gladly use him in future repair and maintanence. I hired JTA Innovations LLC for several jobs. The first was to powerwash the entire exterior of the house, paint the shutters, door andwood trim on exterior windows. Then Justin repaired the ceiling in my foyer, it had water stains from my husbands bathroom overflowing. He painted the ceiling and Foyer walls, the walls going up the stairs and the hallway walls and ceiling. He them repaired a large water stail and falling drywall on the master my bedroon ceiling. He used several applications of "Mud" then sanded it down. You can't even see where it was. His next job was to sand, by hand, the oak floor in the Foyer. After 33 years it was in dire dier need of refinishing. He stained it, put two coats on of polyurathane. It looks brand new. In fact a repair man came to the house and comented on how beautiful the floor was. Justin ia a perfectionist. If he finds a smallhole or an area where he thinks it could use a little "mud", he fixes it, sands it down so smooth you can't find the repair. I plan on using Justin again in the furure. If you want your project to look perfect and not just good enough, Hire JTA Innovations, LLC. You will not be dissappointed. His prices are very good.

The service was completed timely as promised. The gutter cleaning and power washing were done professionally. I have already contracted for another project.

Justin was willing and able to come to our house to provide an estimate within 2 hours of our request. He arrived on time, when he said he would, and was not pushy for a commitment. After we agreed to use him, he went right to work and finished our project that day!!
