He came out in a snowstorm because of frozen pipes. He stuck with it all day ( the city had to replace the water meter) and even thawed our neighbors pipes as well! We really appreciate his work— and asked him to come back to re insulate our pipes which he did efficiently and neatly. Recommend him highly

Vince Addorisio hired JT Collins Plumbing & Heating they did not complete the job they were hired to do . I paid him $3500.00 and he can't provide an invoice with details of where the $3500.00 were spent.

"Vince, I would gladly give you an invoice but you never asked me for it. I ran a bunch of baseboard heat including labor and materials and I told you you were going to need more boiler work. I am not a certified Heating technician, I am a licensed plumbing contractor/technician and I explained you would need a heating technician to complete the work. I have a P-1 license and with that license I am only able to run heating pipes on heating systems, my license does not cover boiler work."

Jason was upfront with the initial price for coming out to asses the situation. Once we agreed to have him do the work, he called to give us the price of the parts, the amount of time to do the work and time he would arrive.

Jason did a good job replacing a kitchen faucet, but I had to wait 2 days for him to get it done. Always some delays. So, we had to be without a working kitchen faucet for 2 days. The cost of the installation was high too.

A little strange. In his own time zone. Charged $1,615 for kitchen under sink leaks and faucet install, two bathroom sink faucet installs and one toilet install. We supplied the faucets and toilet. Does this cost more than normal?? So far no other leaks from his installation.

"Hello Fred, I?m sorry I was running late on your job, it was because I?ve been having trouble getting a helper and it?s had me backed up. I told you it was going to be $1500 upfront, there was a little bit of additional work that came up. If you did not agree with that price you shouldn?t had me start the project. I gave you a fair price that include repiping all the piping underneath your kitchen sink including drainage, continuous waste, trap, water filter, fernco-adapter, valves under sink we cut out and repiped, Multiple pipes under sink, installed two faucets with supply tubes, added a trap at no additional charge, installed your toilet"

Doubled the quote I received from home advisor but I had to pay since it was for a rental property I own. Then was supposed to come back a few days later to work on outside faucet, never called, never showed. Good luck if you hire this guy.
