Justin was very responsive and took the time to explain to me in detail the work that was completed on my mother’s house. She received quotes from other contractors, and the pricing from JT Masonry was fair, without any extra up charges for work that in their professional opinion was not necessary. Thank you Justin!

The concrete coloring powder on my patio and steps to front entrance started majorly peeling off after a few months, along with a major crack forming in the last step. After several texts back forth of a span of many months and be assured that â weâ ll be out to fix itâ every time, they never came back out and made the situation right. I hired Justin to do some structural reinforcement in a garage and resurface a garage floor. We had some hiccups with the floor along the way but in the end they made things right.

Justin provided a fair and reasonable estimate for the installation of new concrete stairs leading up to the front door. Upon agreement, he and his crew got to work immediately (the next day) in making this happen. The efficiency and attention to detail was prevalent throughout the process. Unexpected findings during the work effort were clearly communicated and were remediated as part of the process. The outcome exceeded expectations and a full rundown of changes to improve the overall quality of the completed product were covered during the final review of efforts. I will be using them again for future projects!
