I highly recommend land construction I hired them to do an add-on on my house and me and my husband. I am so happy with the new house that we end up in. They save us a lot of money, quality work, and the time I was on schedule. Thank you very much for this company I highly recommend them for new projects.

These guys in the end burned us. Salvador (Tony) Ramirez gave us a contract for 20,080 to remodel our 600 square foot garage into a home. During the whole build he kept complaining that it was valued more and how he made more money in other jobs. We did not force him to do anything. In the end he failed to finish the job, he worked for two and a half weeks and took 16,000 cash. We offered to revise the contract but our money was not good enough. He kept saying he had another bigger job. How it was not about the money but still admitted to me it is. He showed up in the evening like a bat out of hell to pick up his equipment and once more at 12 am because he left his cement mixer. I am sorry but this guy was to prideful and fails to take any input from clients who have questions. He obviously is not a man of his word. Be careful with this one. He will drop you for more money in a heart beat. He knew our family would be out of a home and he still did not care.homeless.no electricity and no running water.

Couldn't be happier with our decision to hire J & T Construction. The quote was prompt and very reasonable. He started on the day he said he would, did a beautiful job, and finished on time. Their attention to detail was obvious throughout the entire job. After seeing what a great job he did on our composite deck, I have requested him to do a bathroom remodel. Reliable and trustworthy!

From beginning to end he is really professional, on time, does clean work, the price was very good and they do a great job. They built two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My kids were very happy and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

They borrowed my tools and when they left a latter and 2 tool bags with expensive tools disappeared nobody else but them got it don't use them they are dishonest they took advantage of me because I'm a widow they tried to tell me they didn't get but they did I have pics

I hired J&T Construction to remodel two bathrooms, and paint the exterior of my house. Tony and Juan are true craftsmen. And, they have the distinction of ensuring the job is done right, done well, and looks great. They took care to finish all the details, took time to craft both the marble and the tile to look perfect, cut each bit of mosaic to finish aligned, without having to fudge the pattern with grout. Many of my materials are vintage, or new (very) old stock, and they were able to install everything beautifully. My bathrooms are stunning, and I feel lucky to have found J&T Construction. My project consisted of: Demo 2nd bath. Install linen cabinet, install new tub, install ceramic tile surround, install 1" marble oyster tile flooring and tile baseboard, install console style vanity and antique, or unlaquered brass plumbing, drywall and texture, install sink on console vanity, install NOS faucets, install new tub, hardiboard and NOS shower/tub fixtures. Master bath: Demo, install hardboard and drywall, create large shower, installing studs behind the tile for the glass shower doors to anchor in, install marble 12x24 tiles surround reaching nine feet high, create shower pan by moving the plumbing to the center of the shower and create slope for proper drainage, install 2" marble hexagon shower floor and shower step-in. Install NOS shower fixtures. Install marble 4x8 flooring in brick mold extending into master closet, install marble 3x6 baseboard. Install 48" vanity with new plumbing and A/C drain. Install sink faucet, texture where needed. Install large, mirrored medicine cabinets in both bathrooms, install lighting and towel bars/rings etc. Painted the exterior of the house. And, yes, they finished on time, which I wasn't worried about, but they took care to deliver as promised. I love the way everything has turned out. Quality work all the way! (By the way, they helped me around the house to move furniture, move plants, unload my car. While they were in my house for two weeks, they were trusted with my garage door opener, and often my cash and credit card. They never exploited the trust, and never took advantage. Honest guys.)

I hired this company to paint the exterior of my house, do minor repair, rebuild a fence gate, install an exterior door, i also hired them to do the painting of the interior walls and laminate flooring, they installed granite counter tops and fixtures. They were punctual, professional, and conscientious about staying on budget or below. They did quality work I would definitely hire them again.

Work was done in a timely manner. They had great communication. They did great with clean up.
