Excellent service by professionally trained and licensed serviceman. They kept in contact with me during the day when to expect the serviceman and once here, completed the job in under an hour including explaining how the new thermostat worked and how to program it. They are on my Call List for future needs and I highly recommend them.

The tech was very nice. he found a bad transformer in the furnace and the diagnosis charge was $99. They will charge $250 to replace one transformer so I ordered one online for $30 and spent 5 minutes to replace it. But furnace still not working. Tried to call them back, they'll charge me another $99. I found someone else. Customer service lady was very nice too.

Brett was awesome to work with and was able to help us get all the details of the sale ironed out even when he was out of town. His men who came to the house were knowledgeable, friendly and respected we are dog owners. They worked hard and explained what they needed to do. Overall a after some other estimates we felt like we got a good deal for a name brand equipment.

I had never used Home Advisors. What a wonderful surprise! I had to replace my water heater and had gotten a previous bid from another contractor. Not sure what happen but I'm very pleased with the knowledge, timeliness and profession job the installers & the office manager demonstrated. I will recommend JT Dunn to my family, friends & co-workers. I'll use them again should the situation arise.

We moved into a new house and immediately found that the A/C didn't work. It was in 90 degree weather and during a Saturday evening. We submitted a request through Home Advisor, initially despairing that no one would respond--much less get it fixed--until after the weekend. JT Dunn Climate Control called us within 30 minutes and had a guy show up at our place and fix the unit within 2 hours late on a Saturday evening. They were fast and efficient, and I am grateful to have had their service.

Our AC broke down and it was 81 degrees in our house. We called one of the big name AC companies in town, tech came to the house, quoted us at $1,300 to fix our existing unit. We had JT Dunn come out, FIXED everything for $290. Their tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
