Josh and Scott Lemmon bid our kitchen remodel (new granite countertop; tile backsplash; cabinet doors and drawers, including adding a microwave above our new range, modifying 2 cabinets, and adding 2 cabinets; and painting walls) at a very reasonable price and for the timeframe we requested. Scott gave us a budget for sink, knobs, pulls, and tile, which we met. Josh managed the project and ensured that the granite, which we got from R&J, went in first, while the cabinets were being made. When Josh and Scott arrived to focus on our project, they told us we would be working without a kitchen for 2 weeks only. They moved our new refrigerator into the dining room with an air-lift that worked like a charm. The matching stove and dishwasher were also moved to the dining room, and the kitchen was walled off with clear vinyl with a zippered access to keep dust from affecting the non-involved parts of the house. It worked! Scott completed the wiring, and Josh did the tile backsplash and painting. Josh's craftsmanship is beautiful in every detail. He is a true artisan. We were thrilled with every aspect of the project, including the on-time completion date. We LOVE our new kitchen! We highly recommend JT Flooring for your remodel!

We had our old fur floors sanded down, stained, and finished. JT Flooring did an excellent job, exceeding our expectations. The floors are beautiful. We were also impressed by their determination to finish the job by the time they promised. They had a few set backs to their schedule and started the project later then they planned. However, they kept in touch, worked hard, and put in extra time on other days in order to finish on schedule. We recommend them for their integrity and skill.

Let me begin by saying that I have been in the construction industry building houses since 1959 and I find it rather hard to allow anyone to touch my own home. I have very exacting and a critical eye on someone's workmanship and have been known to be rather hard to please. Now you know the groundwork behind this recommendation, we contracted JT Flooring to lay a wood floor in our basement and it was during this project that we had a major water leak, which Scott found and traced to our disposal. This required a complete rip down to the floor joists and stud walls. The care that was taken to protect our home from the construction waste and the manner that they did demo (floor and subfloor had to go and they took it to dry wood and then a little to make sure everything was caught and we had a solid foundation to begin the remodel. Scott and family did such a professional job that I began calling him the Mike Holmes of the USA. Every Idea that we had, everything we wished for, he tried to provide, even going so far as to invent some of the items on the spot. There were a few bumps during this project that required ripping out what had been done and start over. He did not whine or try to cut corners, he fixed it until he was satisfied and then showed us what he had done, way above and beyond so that his work was done right and he was happy, how could we not be. Being medically disabled and unable to work myself any longer, it is with great respect, great trust (I feel that we could leave our home in his hands without having to be there and never worry) and a friendship that I hope will last for years. You want to hire the best, you cannot go wrong with JT Flooring & Remodeling for any job you need done so make sure when you start getting bids for your project , that he is one of them!! I would be proud to have anyone come see his work firsthand as he is the only one who will ever do work on my home.

Scott and Josh took a concrete room and turned it into a beautiful basement. They also refinished and added new hardwood floors on the main floors and on the stairs. They were very professional and kept me informed of the status. They cleaned up every night and as they made progress. They treated my home like it was their home. The basement, especially the new bath, is very beautiful; and they added several convenient features. I would and have recommended them to family and friends.

I'm pleased to offer this recommendation for JT Flooring. JT Flooring did work for us last year, which included new flooring in our living room and hallway. They also did a complete remodel of our kitchen. We were so satisfied with their work we had them come back and gut our porch and bathroom. Our porch became my wife's new laundry room, and our bathroom became an amazing custom like spa. They will be back next year to remodel two bedrooms. Our hardwood floors, after 11 years of usage, had some well worn areas.  JT Flooring refinished our hardwood floors turning them to look brand new. JT Flooring took extra care to protect our house/furnishing from dust by draping well placed plastic walls and using dust containment system that was highly efficient. The personnel were very neat in appearance and work, punctual in schedule and visits, communicated well, worked hard and professional. I just had them refinish my kitchen floor and I loved working with JT flooring and will be calling them when I remodel my bathrooms. Scott was great to work with. He communicate with me on a regular basis as to what was happening and let me know if a time or day needed to change. He also worked with me to get as much done as possible and stay within my budget. I've hired JT Floorings twice now. The second time was as a result of the first job they did for me. I have one word to describe their work - WOW!!! Scott Lemmon, the owner, took personal accountability for both of my projects, the first being the complete remodel of 2 bathrooms, and the second for a new deck and substantial concrete pour for a wrap-around patio. Quality of workmanship is beyond reproach. They always do what they said they would do. Sometimes, especially for the concrete work, when the weather wouldn't cooperate, Scott was always out in front keeping us abreast of what was happening and how the schedule was being impacted. I loved Scott and his crew primarily for the great spirit they bring with them. They are cheerful, responsive, friendly and very competent. I never worried when we had to leave the house and they were working--never doubted their integrity and honesty. We were sad when they were done; it was like saying goodbye to family. They installed a handicap bathroom and it took them longer than they anticipated to get it right. But they did! It is beautiful.

JT removed the old carpet from the living room and hallway. He then removed enough of the existing hardwood to allow weaving in new wood that matched. The job was so well done it takes a very good eye to see where the old ended and the new began. The work was done on time and on budget. I am very happy with the quality and price of the work done.

Did a great job working around our schedule

My original hardwood floor had to be completely sanded down, filled in some spots and then refinished. The end product turned out to be better than expected.

I hired JT Flooring to refinish my hard wood floors in my entry and kitchen area. The floors were 13 years old and despite good care the finish had worn through and the exposed wood was greying. My floors now look amazing! They did such a great job on them. Service was exceptional and lots of extra care was provided to try to minimze dust. I love my floors and highly recommend JT Flooring. Quality of the work was terrific. VERY happy, total number of hours on the job was a bit on the high side, but perhaps that is why the quality was so high.
