Wow... the before and after is insane! I have my floor refinishing pro for life! You know good when you see good, and you know bad when you see bad -- this was/is awesome! Juan got this floor that had seen better days, to look like it was brand new! It's the restoration outcome one can only dream of. Thank you so much!

Juan is superb! He has crews in every trade! He installed, sanded, varnished and polyurethaned flooring in my whole house and it looks absolutely stunning. He is an excellent leader for his crew, as everyone worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner with much attention to detail. He understands precisely how to complete every job, without me having to explain too much or micromanage, which is a huge deal, as I have never experienced this in the past with other contractors (and I have flipped hundreds of houses). I said what I wanted once and he delivered and even over-delivered, going above and beyond with his meticulous attention to detail, making my house look immaculate. In addition to the flooring, he called in tradesmen immediately upon every problem I had with my fixer upper home. All of his crews have much respect for him and the client. Juan has a very likeable and genuine character, as well, which makes him very easy to work with. You can feel at peace when you hire him. He anticipates problems/issues before the arise and takes care of everything without anyone even having to ask him. It was difficult to see him leave my property when the jobs were done. I will definitely contact him again when I need work on another project, without a doubt, he is the best!!!
