I had a heating emergency. Jay from J&T contacted me immediately and came to my home the following day to inspect the system. Jay fixed my problem with military precision. The moment we met Jay, from J and T Heating and Cooling company for an estimate for a new Central Air/Central Heat unit, we knew we were in good hands. Jay explained in detailed his vision and made sure we were updated on a daily basis of their progress. The crew was professional and very efficient in making sure everything was done in a timely manner and properly installed. They surpass our expectations in the work they did. They did an amazing job of making everything looked neat like nothing was installed. Our home is cool and like new. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling installations.

He tuned up my furnace.... yet the next day it would not work ... called him but he was unavailable even after situation explained. Hired another furnace man who said the nozzle was cleaned on the outside but NOT inside so it was clogged and the electrodes were set to far apart to make the arc necessary to produce a flame... all in all it ended up costing me DOUBLE the cost i agreed to

I had another person come in and fix his mistakes. We were without heat for a month. Call him to come back he was late getting here and no phone calls stating he would be late. I do not think he knows what he is doing. I speak the truth!

Very professional and polite and courtesy puts his all into his work he drives to please the customer quick and efficient took out and replaced a new electric heat pump system in about 8 hours,came out next day to do me check the system.

Got off to a rocky start with miss communication on both sides as far as getting to do the repair but once here they were professional and honest, would recommend
