I had a heating emergency. Jay from J&T contacted me immediately and came to my home the following day to inspect the system. Jay fixed my problem with military precision. My Wife and I are very impressed with Jay's knowledge, expertise and workmanship. Jay is a master at his craft. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone !

The moment we met Jay, from J and T Heating and Cooling company for an estimate for a new Central Air/Central Heat unit, we knew we were in good hands. Jay explained in detailed his vision and made sure we were updated on a daily basis of their progress. The crew was professional and very efficient in making sure everything was done in a timely manner and properly installed. They surpass our expectations in the work they did. They did an amazing job of making everything looked neat like nothing was installed. Our home is cool and like new. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling installations.

He tuned up my furnace.... yet the next day it would not work ... called him but he was unavailable even after situation explained. Hired another furnace man who said the nozzle was cleaned on the outside but NOT inside so it was clogged and the electrodes were set to far apart to make the arc necessary to produce a flame... all in all it ended up costing me DOUBLE the cost i agreed to

Easy to work with, prompt and reasonably priced.

I had another person come in and fix his mistakes. We were without heat for a month. Call him to come back he was late getting here and no phone calls stating he would be late. I do not think he knows what he is doing. I speak the truth!

Very professional and polite and courtesy puts his all into his work he drives to please the customer quick and efficient took out and replaced a new electric heat pump system in about 8 hours,came out next day to do me check the system.

Got off to a rocky start with miss communication on both sides as far as getting to do the repair but once here they were professional and honest, would recommend

When you need quality work done in good timing these guys work fast. I received a estimate & quote in less than 48hrs. Jay went through all of the work needed & estimated my cost almost on the spot. This company is also very big on integrity, which means a lot when I'm trusting them to work on my home and around my personal belongings. Jay found $20 in my attic while he was working and when he could've easily put it in his pocket he immediately returned it. I respect a standup worker like him. Overall I'm satisfied with the work that was done but more importantly I'm happy with how quick and painless they made the experience. Thank You J&T!!!!

We needed to have our central AC unit replaced and J&T was the last place we called to get an estimate, and I am very happy we did. The owner arrived within a couple of hours and gave us a full estimate, walking me through what we needed. We received our quote from them on the day of the visit, before either of the other companies and he gave us the best price and timing for installing the unit. During the install, there as an issue with the thermostat, and he was able to work through the problem, and walk my wife and I throughout the process. We can't recommend them any higher. They were honest, the workmanship is great, and the employees and owner are professional and personable, and the level of customer service was top notch. We will be working with them in the future.

Our air conditioner unit broke during the hottest days of the summer. I reached out to J&T and they called immediately! They came over within 30 mins to check things out. They assessed the problem and installed a new unit quickly. They were very professional, on time, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Not to mention the price was very reasonable and significantly under what others wanted to charge. I would highly recommended J&T!
