JT might do good local tilework but needs to work on his customer service skills. He initially seemed like a really nice and knowledgeable guy, but after he got the job, the tile guy became agitated about answering even basic questions to preplan upcoming plumbing work, which would also require multiple subcontractors to make up for a JT-limitedJT-limited skill set. Even when your dad is in the hospital dying of cancer, the tile guy expects the customer to order the correct drain and becomes belligerent when the wrong one was ordered. Sorry, John, but do not treat your potential customers like absolute POS and expect to keep the job.
