Jeff was very patient with us. We had him come out several times to discuss our options. Once we contacted him to "do it" he was calling us back to start getting things rolling. The finished product looks good.

Concrete Foundation - Repair
ALL WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED AS REQUESTED. GIRDER BEAMS WERE NOT ALL BOLTED AND NOT ALL FLOOR JOINTS WERE NOT NAILED AND SUPPORTED. LASTLY I FOUND SOME SUPPORT JACKS THAT DID NOT HAVE BLOCK SUPPORTS UNDER THEM.

Jeff caused damage to the vinyl siding on my house and refuses to fix. Contract obligations not met. poor work performed. filed lawsuit and JTI was found negligent

Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround - Install or Replace
The crew did not clean up any of the glue on the new vinyl, did not clean up the grit and residue around the whole bathroom, scraps are still laying in my yard a week after the work was done and paid for. Jeff was thorough, and I would consider him for another job in the future, but I would stipulate what clean up and completion was expected.

Excellent work - we are very happy with it. There was a mixup in communications at the beginning, but Jeff Talley remedied it and made up for it as soon as he realized it. JTI did a wonderful job and I recommend them highly.

Designer - Landscape
The contractor set the date in the contract and performed a minor portion of the work (2%) by the completion date. He was also having trouble with the next task that he was trying to tackle and we thought that it would be better to cut ties and pay him for the portion of work performed. He was having touble getting help to perform the larger portions of the job.

Kitchen - Remodel
Did not deduct hauling fee for $90 from bill I paid. Plumbing was installed incorrectly and I paid $110 to correct the problem. The countertop tiles are falling off and our house key was never returned. He was also suppose to provide me with receipts for supplies that I paid $110 for which he listed as miscellaneous. Finally, he ruined our backyard when he parked his truck to the electrical outlet outside our home.
