He did and excellent job. Both he and his assistant were professionals. He was quite reasonable in price. I will definitely be using his services again and recommending him to friends.

He did an excellent job rebuilding my front porch and framing out the windows in my house. I couldnâ t have beat his price anywhere else and he was thousands under what I expected. He did lots of extras that were in desperate need is fixing, without hesitation. I will definitely be using him for everything else from now on. I was extremely impressed

He came out to patch a roof, hurriedly did that and informed me that he does it all as we had other things needing to be done. I showed him what all we needed. He told me how to fix it myself. We had a floodlight that we wanted installed. He started to put it up ?then left loose wires after tripping the breaker and NEVER CAME BACK as he said he would. I called several times, never received an answer. Fortunately he was not paid. Jerry is a joke in my book!!

Excellent service and excellent customer service!! Definitely will hire them again if I need another handyman!! I highly recommend them!!

Jerry Thomas and his crew at JT RESTORATION AND REPAIR worked hard at removing old wallpaper, and repairing or replacing drywall in our dining room, parlor and hallway. They sanded, patched and then painted all three rooms. We really wanted to give JT and his crew a glowing report. We truly liked them and wanted them to succeed, but they fell down in front of the finish line. Even though they promised to do so, and more specifically, Jerry promised to do so, he nor they finished, touched-up, repaired, or even completed one entire room. Every one of the three rooms they were hired to refurbish has something left undone. Such as, doors are not painted, wall patches are still showing through the paint, one air duct was to be cut down to fit the new woodwork and is still missing, etc. In addition, although Jerry convinced us that he and his crew knew how to refinish wood floors, after three attempts it is painfully evident that they DO NOT have the experience or expertise for wood floor refinishing. Our floors are in worse shape than before JT Restoration and Repair touched them. After three attempts, we had to tell Jerry we could not afford to allow him another "chance" on the floor redo. Although we begged Jerry to return to finish the walls, etc., he refused to do so, because he got angry that we thought he should have spackled nail pops on our ceilings before painting them. A two minute job on each ceiling! They left doors sanded but not painted, stepped into their own wet paint on our window box lid with their tennis shoes, and broke our storm door tabs so that it will no longer hold the glass or screen. They also sanded dripped latex paint off of our master bedroom floor, rather than using a damp cloth. As a result they took the stain off of the floor and exposed unstained wood on a spot just inside the doorway to the room. Very visible. This floor was not part of the project for which JT and his crew were hired, but now the bedroom floor needs refinishing too. Had JT returned to do the final clean-up (they left a drop cloth hanging from our MB door), touch-up, like painting a spot they missed on the hall ceiling, and finishing work like correctly sanding and painting our den door, they would have received a good review for the drywall/patching/install and painting. Prompt, Very friendly, helpful. Willing to takeon extra small chores not originally requested, i.e., adjusted motion sensor in garage before he came back to do the main work reqauested, replaced light bulbs, The work was done quickly and well and the cost very reasonable. Yes I will call him again.

This guy is not a professional!! He was not prepared to replace my window, which he had come out to do a estimate and this window was a dormer window that has been leaking for quite a while which means there was probably some water damage and there was. I had to supply him with all the materials except the window and all the tools to do the job.

Very hard worker. Works straight through. Did a beautiful job. Great personality!

He did a pretty decent job on the fence. Messed several key issues on the repair job that STILL NEEDS FIXED! :( Took him forever to finish the project. Very little communication with the client. Very nice guy...busy guy! Best for Quick Easy Projects when he is busy! Seen some of his work done on other projects. Must say....Very Impressive! Would rehire for small, quick projects! (:

Sadly I am having to do an edit on my previous review. I hired this man to install and remove my house roof Christmas lights. He did an excellent job installing and as he was leaving, January 2 was agreed upon to remove the lights. The house looked great for Christmas however after 7 calls to him and it was January 13th now, I decided to hire another person to take them down. I am retired due to only having 10% heart function so I really needed the help. In my opinion, he is not professional or dependable.

Recommend them in a heart beat. Great personalities!!! Kudos!
