The bids I recieved for replacing my waterline from the street to my house ranged from 3500$ to 600. JT's over the phone estimate was, in my opinion, the only honest one of the bunch. He came and did what he said he would do and I'm very happy with the results and the price.

Very friendly on all phone conversations. He didn't hesitate to give me a repair/replacement estimate and stuck to that quote! Also, JT and the team quickly got to the house to install the new water heater, even though it was late afternoon on a Friday.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
I had to wait for the third day after I called for JT to arrive. JT was courteous and fixed the water heater. He did have to make two or three trips for parts, which he probably should have had on his truck. He charges by the hour, so those trips can jack up the cost. He did replace a valve on my hot water heater for around $278.00, which is rather expensive. I would use JT's plumbing again, but would shop around a little first for a contractor who works by the job, not by the hour.

"What the home owner fails to tell is i had to locate a gas valve for her water heater.drive and get it when i got it i couldnt come back because no one would be home.make an apointment to come back the next day arrive to find home owner had left to go to an appointment because they had an earlier opening for her she failed to call and tell me therfore driving all the way to her home for nothing and charged no extra"

JT offered a fair estimate at the start of the job and arrived with all necessary parts. During the job there unexpected issues arose; JT stopped work to explain what the issue was and how it could be repaired. He ultimately replaced two toilets and corrected the kitchen sink faucet (without needing to use the replacement faucet that we'd purchased ahead of time for the job).We are thrilled at the reliability, honesty, and price of JT's Plumbing. He backs all work with a 1 year warranty. We recommend JT's Plumbing to friends & family and will definitely use his services again.

We had the vanity tops and faucets, and bathtub/shower fixtures replaced in three bathrooms. J.T. and his crew were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and even did some extra things to make the final product better at no extra charge. He made suggestions about materials based on his experience and was mindful about saving us money. He and his crew stayed late so as to complete the entire job in one day. Now for some new paint on the walls and my bathrooms will be beautiful!

Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
I thought he did a good job, but did not do a good job of communicating the costs. I asked twice what it would cost us and receive very general and non-discript answers. Needless to say, we were quite surprised when we received the final bill.

"I gave the home owner a price to start with to install a water softener under the house right near water main and home owner was supposed to furnish the material. The softener would not go in that location so we found a better location in his garadge witch is located on the opposite corner of the home and I charged home owner 50 extra dollars labor plus the parts. It was three times the work from the original estimate for 50 extra dollars"

J. T. provided us with prompt and curteous service, at a fair price. Our external faucet was leaking heavily, requiring us to shut off our home's water Saturday morning. J. T. was able to come out and install a new faucet within a few hours of calling, saving us from a weekend without working water at home.
