I have a refrigerator with an ice maker in the freezer. The ice maker was not working and the freezer was not very cold. I went to HomeAdvisor website and found this company on Wednesday evening. I was directed to make an appointment for Monday. Thursday morning, a customer service rep for the company called me to ask if I needed a closer date and we made the appointment for Friday morning. The tech, Eugene, pre-called to let me know he was on his way on Friday morning and after arriving, he took his shoes off even though they were clean and I had hardwood floors. Eugene took the time to tell and show me what was the problem and how to fix it, even though I did not ask him. He had the part readily available and was done within an hour. Very professional all around from the customer service rep (my apologies for not knowing her name because she deserves credit for her pleasant attitude) to the technician (Eugene). Price for the repair was reasonable and Eugene was very careful to not make a mess or break anything. I hope I don't have any more malfunctions with my appliances to have to use them again, but if I do I will definitely call JT Services!!!
