Julian put a deck on our house and the experience from estimate to completion was top notch. The final product was perfect because of the workmanship and attention to detail. Julian and crew were also very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend Julian.

This is what they say *Lawn and Pressure is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business.* Well, this is not TRUE. I am very disappointed in the job they did on my deck. As a senior citizen on a limited income, I have been left with a substandard job which I paid a lot of money for. First of all, I requested a specific stain and gave them the information. They decided to buy another brand without consulting me and now my deck has a color on it that is totally different from my request. They did a minimal scraping and now after one day, the deck is peeling due to not properly scraping off old paint. There are many areas that need a touch-up and there is no stain to do it. They stretched out every morsel of the stain to finish the job so they would not have to buy more products. Now I am left with a mess! BEWARE because I would not like to see this happen to anyone else!!!!!!!!!!! Julian, you need to know the Behr deck stain you used on my deck is not the color I gave you. The color you put on my deck is a lighter brown. The color I gave you was a chocolate brown from a different brand. You did not brush paint between the boards before rolling out the stain now you can clearly see bare wood and deck remover that was never power washed off. This is clearly a substandard paint job. I am so disappointed!!! What a waste of money!! As a professional, you should have declined the job instead of taking my money for a job you knew would not be a successful project!!

Mechanical problem prevented him from making the scheduled time in the morning but he sent an email explaining the situation. Came instead later that afternoon and did a great job.
