I wish there was an option for 10 stars. Joe is that good. We had a major heating issue in our new home and Joe was able to identify the exact cause of the problem and gave us several options for fixing it. Within a week he was back, worked non-stop, and fixed the problem completely. And we now have heat again! He is extremely professional, punctual, and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. We have never worked with someone as genuine, efficient, fair, and honest as Joe. We will be using him for as many of our house projects as possible and would highly recommend him.

I had a burst pipe in my garage this winter and Joe responded right away even before the insurance adjuster came out. He traced the water burst from the supply line to the return and most importantly, shut off the water at the boiler to the heat zone that was failing allowing us to continue to have hot water and heat to other areas of the home. Joe was empathetic, professional and courteous. He took the time to help me remove the damaged items from my garage and then went about his business like the professional he is. He showed me where the problem was and even recommended ways to avoid a similar situation in the future. I would whole-heartedly recommend and use Joe again.

Joe is AMAZING. We called him to disconnect and install a new Gas range, install a water line for a new refrigerator and install a new disposal. First Joe asked me questions and set great expectations on pricing right up front. He listened to me and my concerns which included the fact that a former plumber said a new disposal wasn't feasible due to improper installation of the old one. Joe listened and assured me he could do the job right and give me a new disposal. He arrived on time, he was prepared and guess what he installed my new disposal !!! It's so hard to find pro's that do jobs right the first time, answer their phones, arrive on-time, and charge reasonable rates - Joe is the COMPLETE PACKAGE. HIRE WITHOUT FEAR

Joe provides top notch service. We used him last year for a Oil to Gas conversion. He kept within the timeline that he promised and let us know about what to expect (there was a time without hot water). He even went above and beyond and replaced out carpet because they accidentally spilled oil on it when they removed the old boiler. Joe is a gem and anyone would be satisfied with the service he provides.

Joe came out the next day to install my new stove. He was professional, yet friendly. He had everything he needed to do the job and even removed the old stove. I will call him for any any plumbing needs I have in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Joe answered the phone himself when I called, and came the next day. He installed a gas dryer, hauling the old one away, and finished hooking up my new washing machine. The work was done quickly and accurately. I highly recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Joe!!

Joe was great to work with. I needed to replace my oil burner before the start of heating season. Joe returned my initial call within 24 hours to schedule a visit to my house. Joe visited my house within 48 hours to assess the job to be done. Joe then provided a quote within 24 hours. I selected Joe for the job based on meeting Joe and the feeling that I had that he would do a great job... I was not wrong. I called Joe on Sunday August 9th that I would like Joe to do the job. Joe was able to fit the job in, he started and completed the work in 2 days (Tuesday August 11th and Wednesday August 12th). Joe removed my old oil boiler and installed a new energy efficient boiler as well as an indirect hot water system. Joe arrived to my house exactly when he said that he would and the job was competed exactly when Joe said that it would be completed. Joe's job is extremely clean and neat. Joe not only removed everything that was the result of job, but he also cleaned my basement floor... it is cleaner now than before Joe started the job. I highly recommend Joe (JT & Son). If I need plumbing or heating work done again, I will not hesitate to call Joe.

I hired JT & Sons to replace my oil boiler and water heater with an energy efficient gas boiler and water heater. Joe and his crew were top notch. They explained every aspect of the job. They showed up when they said they would be there. They were extremely professional. They tried to keep all disruptions with the household to a minimum. The price they provided was very fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I found Joe on home adviser and requested a call about installing a new gas range within the week. He called me back quickly (unlike all other plumbers I contacted!!), said he was free on date, called to confirm before date. Joe was punctual, was able to fix another plumbing issue with a sink we had during the visit, installed the range. He was patient and considerate as it was more complicated than first anticipated. I highly recommend him and will contant him again for all of our plumbing needs in our new home.

I contacted Joe for my gas stove install. He was so helpful and accomodating with my work schedule. He was even sweet to my jumping/ever excited puppy. Good work and a nice guy. Installed my new range and hauled away the old one in a timely manner for about the same price as what other people quoted me. Joe was very willing to work within my schedule. He did have to reschedule on me once and didn't call to inform me until after the appointed time.

They replaced my waterheater, removed the old one, and at a great price. I will definately be using them again for other projects that i need done

Great to work with...installed our washer and dryer. After the work was complete called to let us know why there was a little water on the concrete to make sure we didn't think anything was leaking. Responsive and timely. Would definitely call them for any other plumbing/heating needs.

Joe was just terrific. He quickly hooked up the dryer and was both curteous and friendly. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Our fist communication did no go well, I got the impression that they were not interested in the job and that hey were too busy,So I decided that I did not want to deal with them, but I got a call back and we made arrangements to have the work performed the same evening. The work was completed quick and successful. I would hire JT & Sons for my next project.

Forget Home Depot and Lowes JT&Sons will be cheaper and will do a much better job. Joe picked up the water heater, installed it himself, and removed the old one and did a great job!! He was right on time, very clean and even knew enough to wipe his feet and respect the rest of the house. I have hired a lot of contractors on this site and most of them have been good but Joe Tello was the best by far!!!!!!

Joe was amazing to work with. Called him on Sunday about our dead furnace, he came down let us know what was going on and gave us two options about gas boilers. He did everything to make our conversion from oil to gas painless. Work was completely done within a day. Very neat and tidy worker. Couldn't ask for a better heating guy!!
