Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
I hired Tony to sand, stain and seal a deck, plus add rails after a contract was signed, Tony came out started sanding the 800 sq. ft. deck with an orbital sander, sanded too much in areas and damaged the wood, I talked to him about it the damage, he said he would take off $400.00 off the bill, he keep working, damaged more material, one day Tony came to the door told my wife he was done with the sanding and wanted to get paid, reluctantly he was paid, told us he would be back the following day, did not show, I call Tony, left a message, he got back to me a couple days later, he told me he could not work for me anymore and said he quit, we begged him to stay and he would not, the damage that was done will cost $34000.00 to have the work redone redone

Handyman Service
I hired Tony to tile my bathroom in June 2017 after he said he can do it in 4 days and he has experienced people. When his experienced worker wasn't showing up he tried to do it himself and with another person and I ended up with misaligned tiles all over the place. After several arguments one of the guys was able to fix most of the mistakes but not all. He kept telling me he is losing money on the job as it's was 12 days into the work. Overall I don't recommend doing anything more than pressure washing with him. He is a nice guy and cheap rates but unprofessional

They did several jobs for me. Some electrical work to move the sprinkler controller inside the house (ran a line from the valves to the laundry room), cleaned the roof and the gutters and replaced three vent caps on the roof.

Tony quoted my husband $185 to replace two wired smoke alarms that were continuously beeping plus install a transition piece in a 1/2 gap between pergo flooring and tile in the dining room and living room. He was coming at 1pm on Sat. He showed at 5pm, no phone call. Upped the quote to $250 and said it was a 3 hour job. He was unaware of an angle in the dining room floor and did not have a miter saw with him so he rescheduled for between 8-9am on Monday. At 1:30 Scott and Philip showed up and said they were here to finish our floor. No phone call first. They were told we needed a "curved" transition piece, which we didn't, but they didn't have a miter saw with them either. Philip left to get one. When he returned they started cutting the pergo to fit the transition piece. We have a concrete foundation and they did not have a "working" drill to put screws into the concrete so my husband called our son-in-law and borrowed his. (our son-in-law had to go to his storage unit to get his to loan it to us) Once the base was in Scott said the transition piece doesn't just snap in place. For the transition piece to fit he was going to have to cut it about an 1/8 in. but he needed a table saw, which he didn't have. So he suggested taking the transition piece home and cutting it and returning early Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I get a call from Tony saying the job is now going to cost $390. I said we refuse to give him any more money. His workers did not have the proper tools to do the job and we had to leave and borrow tools for them. He bid the job, said it would only take 3 hours. He refused to finish the job! I called Scott and he said he would finish the work. Philip drove Scott over then he left. Tony came and together they completed the floor. It does look nice but when the job was done I wrote out the check for $250 and Tony said "what about the smoke alarms? You owe me for that." I said he bid the entire job for $185, then upped it to $250. We were paying no more unless he wanted me to charge him with our leaving to get the tools and paying our son-in-law a fee for using them. Tony tried to tell me that's why the original floor installer wouldn't come back because it was a difficult job. I again said he bid the job!! We left the gap originally because we were going to put grout between wood and the tile then were told we should not do that because of "settling of the floor" would cause it to separate. The original installer never returned our calls. I also told Tony when he tells me he's going to arrive between certain hours he needs to show or at least call. My husband and I agree we would never hire Tony again.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
they told me upon leaving there is 30 dollars extra to take away gutter sludge. unhappy with their service already, i said no thanks. so they threw it without trash bag or asking for a trash bag into my garden trash can. I had to wash it out myself later. horrible. the next day i called another gutter service for my mom and not only did they take away trash but they also brought pressure hoses and also were nice and also blew the leaves off the roof for same price for a bigger home.
