They were so quick in getting here even though it wasn t an emergency. I appreciated how they explained everything they were doing and how friendly they were to deal with. Would definitely hire them again.

Quality work and quick response. Communication breakdown. I needed floor repair, toilet install and new vinyl laid. Wouldn't lay vinyl, but didn't say so until the very day. Didn't apologize for misunderstanding. Didn't reduce bid. Wanted money right away. Not an experience I want to have again.

"Karen i will agree with you, there was a misunderstanding. You did receive a verbal estimate and an email estimate before work started and you and your husband were told several times that we do not lay vinyl flooring We are a plumbing company that would remove your old toilet and install a new ADA toilet , new flange and repair the 4'x3' sub flooring but we would not lay new vinyl flooring for you. The service tech even told you and your husband before hand to contact someone for the vinyl and when the contractor was ready we would come back and pull the toilet and reset so they could lay the vinyl around it at no cost. i'm not sure if you were confused by what sub-flooring meant and maybe thought that meant vinyl also? About being paid you stated to the tech and to the office that you would pay that day,after the work was done. You never asked for a discount to any tech or office personnel nor did you voice any concerns about the job until you put a rating on Home adviser. If you would like to discuss this further you may call the office during business hours. Thank you"

They were sent out right away to to the job, very nice, courteous and professional. And the price was extremely reasonable for a sewer line clean out of tree roots. Highly recommend them, will def call them again if needed.
