Joe did a great job! He was very friendly and helpful. We had some bad experiences looking for carpet with other companies and really appreciated Joe's honesty and commitment to customer service. Our carpet looks great! We will definetly use CCC again!

Joe is easy to work with and did a great job. There were scheduling problems created by them but they worked hard to meet my deadline. One advice is to make sure the contract has the price and what is included in the price. (Carpet haul away, carpet tacking, extra trips to house, etc.)

Joe did a great job using 40 year old wool carpet, moved from one room to be used on a stairs. He also did a patch as you enter a living room using the same wool. That turned out to not be as great a choice; partly because the wear pattern on the patch was different than the rest of the room and partly because it was difficult to stretch the patch properly due to the age of the carpet. Unfortunately, one corner furthest into the room has a carpet bubble, that Joe has not be able or willing to return and decide if it can be further reduced. He simply says," I done the best I could and I will not have time to come out for 4-6 weeks to see it

Joe called right away and was very professional. He helped us stay within our budget and he helped us find a nice carpet. The installation was timely and well done.

They are prompt and attentive and cover all needs. They did all of the leg work to provide the best product in the price range I had to work with. They also provided alternatives to choose from that I never thought would work. Friendly and professional, I would recommend them to everyone.

Overall they did do a good job, however, they are not very punctual. A 4-5 day job turned into almost 2 weeks. We lost two days because of the blizzard, and that was out of our control. He would say he would start working at 9:00 a.m. and not show up until between 11:00-1:00 p.m. Furthermore, I was asked to pay the remaining balance before the project was completed. I feel I was put in an akward position when asked to pay the remaining balance. I understand that it was just before the holidays and the money was needed, but the contract stated remaining due upon completion.

I will and have already recommended Joe to friends and neighbors for their home improvement needs. He understood the scope of the work that I was trying to accomplish and suggested several alternatives to get the job done.

Joe was great. I had no problems with the scheduling or getting the work done when promised. I would gladly recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation.

The best, absolute professional, would recommend him to anyone, and would use him again for future projects.

Joe had a problem with the timeliness of his carpet supplier. He went the extra mile to get the carpet installed on the subsequent Saturday.

They did an excellent job, however they were unable to make the day promised on my contract but came they day after.

He was great, I put my request in and the following morning he called and evaluated by my description and came by noon to fix it. Then when he had to add some pieces of carpet together that was unforeseen he didn't charge me additional time. Thanks so much.
