He went beyond the call of duty to ensure I received the best service he could provide during his time in my home. I am grateful for his personal concern for my safety and well-being. I had a great experience. Jeremy from JT's electrical came out and helped us out with a fried breaker box. A pretty simple task but I wanted a professional just to cover my bases because there could have been damaged wires further down the line. The problem was that Ryan Holmes had mislabeled our breaker panels. So when we turned off the power to service our water heater the breaker box exploded when we were servicing it. Long story short, JT's electrical did an excellent job and although he had six jobs prior this morning he was able to squeeze Us in and take care of us before 1:00 p.m.. truly professional work. Trustworthy!!

JT was awesome. He showed up on time repaired three electrical outlets and placed a new light fixture all of this in just under an hour not to mention he was very affordable he was very professional and explained everything that he had done . The entire experience even calling in and making the appointment was nothing short of stellar. He was very professional. I definitely will be using his services again and have already passed his information on to a coworker of mine . It was a pleasure doing business with JT electrical. Showed up to the job early, great first impression. Worked very patient with the circumstances of the job specifics, even waited at my house briefly while I ran to the hardware store for a new fixture.

Good value and excellent service. He was flexible and worked around our schedule. Did not charge for the estimate and he was prepared and emailed the estimate to me right away.
