The ACTUAL screen installation was fine, it is the calls to them regarding the flaws in the ACTUAL SCREEN that are needing repair, only 3 years old, we have shredding going on in the screen and NO ONE comes out, I have called the past 3 weeks and always get, from Jeff, I have you on my books, somehow I am certain he will NOT make it out, when we found a hole in the screen 8 months ago from a corner they screened, and when we called them to come out and repair, it took a month and then was told we had to pay, despite the 10 year warranty, but the gentleman that was looking at it was told by Jeff to fix it and it WAS covered in the Warranty, now this issue we have and I do not believe we will see them....it doesn't take 3 weeks to come out and assess then repair, I am truly disappointed and hope to be proven otherwise by speaking out, they started off when they did this fantastic, but continuall customer service lacks

Jeff didn't stop from the time he started till the job was completed. When finished he went around the room to ensure he didn't miss anything. Will definitely use him again and will recommend him to everyone. Rick Marks

I hired them to do a complete overhaul of my cage. Replace all fasteners and screws, clean cage, paint cage, new screen, new doors. The job was done in Dec. 2020 The newly installed screen was torn by them, spline was not installed correctly. Even they give you a 10 year warranty, nobody cares after they have their money. I called at least twice every month to have them come and correct it. The owner is always very polite on the phone but nothing happens. Do not hire this company!!!

They installed a new super gutter and secured my entire pool cage that was knocked off its foundation slightly after hurricane Irma. They did a great job. I would use them again if something comes up.

I was given a price and no â extrasâ were added to it like you run into sometimes. Plus he promptly answered my initial phone call and was out at my place the next day. He gave me an estimated time for job to start and finish and with all the rain weâ ve been getting itâ s sometimes hard to do, but they met every timeline. Loved the service and my new screened porch!

Quick response and the work is good

Great job. Had so many no shows prior to Jeff coming over and giving us such a reasonable price. He examined all the screens and repaired one more that we didnâ t realize was torn. The boys showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Will use them from now on.
