they did not finish the job, they took materials and did not finish the job

James was not the person that repaired my tile. He had someone else do it. That person was not a tile professional, he just did tile on the side. He did do the repair with the tiles that I had leftover from the original job. Not all of the tiles were flat. He removed the pedestal sink to complete the repair. But he just pulled the sink top away from the wall, pulling the sheetrock anchors through the sheetrock, leaving holes in the wall. When he put the sink back after the repair, it was wobbly and just rested against the wall. The sink top was not mounted firmly on the pedestal. He did not clean up very well, leaving mortar on the wall. I would not have them back to reinstall the sink. I will get someone else and pay them to do it the way it should have been done originally.

James is a very humble and understanding guy. He is there to help and make sure that the job gets done right. Very easy person to work with and more than anything he is very considerate.

This company went above and beyond my expectations. James is a very nice, understanding and helpful professional. He delivered on all of his promises and finished the project in a timely fashion. I could not have hired any better person and company to work with. Thank you James.
