Excellent first contact! Nathan was very professional and answered all our questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Just Air Solutions and Pete, the owner. Our AC went out around 6:00 PM on a Thursday night. I called and Pete answered immediately. He initially said he could have a crew out early the next morning, which I completely understood. To my surprise, he called me back almost immediately and said he was personally on his way. Pete arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and quickly determined what parts were needed. He didn’t have them with him, so I told him we would wait until the next day. But Pete wasn’t satisfied with that. Within 30 minutes, he had tracked down the parts through one of his technicians and was back at our house within the hour, doing everything he could to get our AC running that night. Unfortunately, we ultimately discovered that the exterior condenser needed a costly repair. At that point, I told Pete to just schedule the replacement for whenever he could. But he continued trying everything possible to get us through the night. What meant the most to us was how much Pete cared about our 21-month-old daughter. He kept checking on her to make sure she was okay and even offered to go get us a window unit for the night so she would be comfortable. That level of genuine concern and compassion is something you simply don’t see every day. The next morning, Pete ordered a new condenser and air handler, and by lunchtime, our new system was installed and running. This experience showed us that Just Air Solutions is about much more than HVAC—they genuinely care about their customers. The owner himself demonstrated incredible dedication, selflessness, and commitment to helping our family. This is what sets Just Air Solutions apart from the competition. Top-notch company from top to bottom. Pete and his team have earned customers for life. My family and I will absolutely recommend Just Air Solutions to anyone who needs AC or HVAC work. You won’t find a company that cares more.

When our air conditioning system broke down we spoke to the local companies and to say that they misled and disappointed us is an understatement. So I put out a notice on Home Advisor. There were more than half a dozen companies that responded. Just Air Solutions LLC were the most forthcoming of the group of responders. Just Air Solutions LLC didn't mislead us and when I made the difficult solution to replace the system Just Air Solutions LLC listened to my requests and offered me a sturdy and reliable system at a very reasonable price. Their installation was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the product and service.

Hard to know how clean the ducts are because theyâ re ducts and Iâ m not crawling in them. Expensive but canâ t compare to others.

This is the worse AC company. I had to wait for over 2 months and all I got was.a Run around. They didnâ  t order the correct equipment, cut holes in my ceiling with out my permission and charged me an arm and a leg. They cut all my wires without knowing what it do. I hired a new AC company and they had the whole job done in 3 days. This company ripped me off financially
