Thieves and scammers

Please everyone DO not hire this guy Josh. He gave me an estimate that was 30k over the price of another company. 30k!!! Everyone else said it didnà ¢à  à  t even need to be done right now either. So please I just everyone to know that no matter what you do. Hire anyone else.

This contractor is slimy. He quoted me 60k on a full roof replacement and tried to push me into a signature. Thought I wouldnâ t get other quotes. I got 3 more quotes and they were all in the 15-20k range. He was extremely unprofessional and visibly upset when I didnâ t sign the day of the estimate.

Prays on the elderly. Shameful

JV Contracting was top notch group of guys. They show up every day on time. The ground was clean up every day before they left and they went out of there way to make sure we where happy. JV Contracting will be are Contractors from now on.

I called the insurance company to verify coverage, which they told me it was dropped a month after project started! 10 months after project started had to fire the contractor as project was not finished. We had given the contractor many many extensions on the project. We were told in the beginning that the project would take 6 weeks at max. Contractor changed price of lumber for framing months after the frame was completed. SUB PAR QUALITY WORK.

They were timely in getting in contact with me, kept in contact with me through the process and took pride in their work.

This is the second time I hired JV Contracting and they where great again josh and rex is very up front and professional and they did a great job painting my house and a great job doing my roof this is truly a 5 star business

Straight forward with cost very on job professional. They took a roof that was put on in 1860 and brought it into the 2020s and was cheapest in installation by $4500.

Josh and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they do an awesome job on my roof , they did some masonry work and paint at no extra charge. The cleanup was perfect and they didnâ t leave until we were totally happy with everything. I wish we could give the 10 stars! HIGHLY Recommend!

Josh and his team were great to work with! We had several estimates, with contractors who were trying to upsell us or overstate how complicated the job was. Josh was low-key, not alarmist, and gave us a realistic price and timeline. Cost came out at exactly what he told us it would. highly recommend! We have already asked him to take on a few other projects for us.

Replaced wood and shingles

Weâ ll performance over all. Was very pleased with the roof that was installed. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

He on top of things when you need it done write away my roof was linking bad I call Jv constrution a they came that day and fix me write up and came back and did a new roof for me at a good price

Josh was very nice and always answered when I called and he made my roofing experience very easy and all his guys where very professional can't wait to have them do my siding this summer
