First time using Home Advisor. I was surprised to get a call at 7am the following morning. Corey spent a good amount of time talking through my hot water heater replacement options with me. It was very helpful and reassuring. We went with the tankless option and relocated the water heater from the attic to our crawl space. Same day service was appreciated as we were going to be having company soon. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Took time to answer all of our questions. Excellent customer service. Although it was after business hours, Corey returned our call and agreed to come out to repair our hot water heater. He was very competent and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with him and discuss our repair/replacement options. The repair provided us with hot water and an opportunity to research replacement equipment which he will install. Given our experience, we highly recommend this company.

I purchased the wrong type of faucet before contractor arrived. He gave me the opportunity to get correct one and installed within the hour timeframe. He also gave me a price quote for another project another company over quoted.

JVG went above and beyond. They did my post-inspection home sale repairs promptly and for a reasonable price. Then, when the reinspection "failed", they went out of their way to explain to the buyers what they did and why they did it, to everyone's satisfaction.

I had noticed a puddle of water near my water heater. I was not sure if it was leaking from the tank or from the valve. JVG is super responsive--they called me immediately, they followed up quickly. Not only did they look at the issue, they investigated, found out my water pressure was too high which was problematic (one of my neighbors had a pipe burst which created tens of thousands of dollars of damage to their house). They fixed my water hear, replaced the water pressure valve on the house and did it all in a couple hours at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing high quality, thoughtful service.

Second time I have used JVG plumbing and both times they have shown up on time and the work has been outstanding. First job was a bunch of little things around the house to get it ready for sale and they performed the work on their initial visit. The second involved the main water line to the house leaking and they ran a temporary line and hooked the house back up so the leak was isolated and came back with a trencher and dug a new trench and laid a new line.
