Inspection was supposed to occur on Oct 24, but the inspector came on the 17th. But I accommodated the change. I don't think this was the inspector's fault. He was told the wrong date by his company.

I thought that the home inspector provided great service. The company JVI Home Inspections has good reporting. The professional explains the report thoroughly and offers to do another inspection after one year. I don't know of any other company who makes that kind of offer.
