JV Lawn / A Sierra Scape

Reasonably thorough and friendly!

It is so nice to come home and find my yard work done.

Jimmy did an excellent job with diagnosing and resolving my sprinkler system issues. I would definitely contact this company again for any future help.

JV Lawn did a very good & quick job.

I have hired them for bi-weekly lawn mowing and this is the first week so I don't have anything to go on. I was happy with how quickly they got back to me, and so far their customer service has been great. The real test will be over the long haul. Our previous gardeners did not show up or return phone calls but were good at sending bills and cashing checks.

They came on time, worked very hard, had lots of people and equipment here, and kept to their estimate. Easy to work with for what I wanted done. They trimmed shrubs and did a lot of clean up of leaves and other debris. I have a large and old yard and it is nice to see it looking neat again. The person who did the estimate was here the entire time. I was here also to be sure they did exactly what I wanted done and they were very cooperative. Workers seemed happy with what they were doing. One of the best experiences I've had with yard/landscape people. This was a one-time thing but I would use them again if the need arises.

TOO SOON TO TELL, LOOKS GOOD ON FIRST SERVICE.

Very detailed in preparation; a little slow in communication/scheduling, did not get much lead time-very busy season. I signed a contract which was flexibly modified so I could provide some materials; was given some options for a larger project which I deferred. Installers were experienced, courteous, and worked hard. I actually scheduled materials selection/delivery but JP did all landscape work, while I found some details missed (which I corrected) my last-minute requests were accepted. A professional job completed on time.

Very prompt and professional service. The issue was addressed quickly and with minimum disruption to my schedule. Highly recommended!

I received a phone call within 24 hours; an estimate for proposed work within 72 hours; job completion within 1 week after initial contact. They do good work.
