Replaced the balcony where a woodpecker(s) had done damage along with dry rot and a plethora of other issues that had come up. Josh snd his crew were professional, qualified and completed the project on time and at budget. Refreshing to have an individual and his company do what they say snd not what they actually not do. JWM Contracting did an EXCELLENT job repairing the broken cabinet drawer at my in-laws house! They contacted me within 30 minutes of receiving a request for a quote and were able to resolve my issue that day. JWM Contracting also has very reasonable pricing (choosing them saved me $250 compared to other contractors) and I plan to hire them again for another project in the near future.

Josh and his crew, consisting of Matthew, Jacob, and May, did an exceptional job constructing our new pergola. Josh was attentive to our needs and patiently answered all our inquiries. The team demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and tidiness throughout the entire project. During the latest storm, my wife and I sat under the pergola and enjoyed the rain without the slightest fear of getting wet, all thanks to the polygal roof that is both UV and hail safe. Josh also installed flashing on the pergola that went into the rain gutter, ensuring that the water from the roof would not fall on us. I wholeheartedly recommend JWM Construction, led by Josh and his crew, for their outstanding workmanship.

JWM Contracting is professional, prompt, and skilled. I hired Josh and his crew to help me set posts for a fence, and he went above and beyond, meeting or exceeding every expectation. He was intentional about learning exactly what I wanted down to each detail (I am a pretty picky customer). We were selling our home and a tree fell in our front yard. We needed quick service to keep the sale on track, and seeing as we had good experiences with them previously, we called JWM. They were able to get out in just one day, got the stump taken to ground level, and all the debris fully cleaned up. I was able to leave the job in their hands, while we focused on other tasks for the sale, and you would not even know there had been a tree there.
