Jairo was friendly, courteous, and got down to business quickly. He is smart and highly skilled. The majority of the project was completed to my total satisfaction. However, in replacing a piece of trim on a door, Jairo used a different style of trim than was there previously, and now I have two side-by-side doors which don't match. Grrr. I am 100% sure that Jairo would change this if I asked, and I may ask!

Jairo is a very nice man, first of all. I think he had good intentions, and really wanted to do the job well. He repaired our gutters. He took time to do a quality job, and it seemed as though it was done really well. When it rains they leak all over the place, because he connected the top portions of the gutter pieces around the bottom pieces, instead of inside them. He was thoughtful enough to call after a storm to see if they held up okay, which they didn't, and said he would come by in a couple of weeks. He hasn't called since. It's possible that he plans to come back, but I haven't heard about it. Overall, relatively unsatisfied.
