Communication response time needs to improve. Good work

We called many times with no response, each day before we left the job either myself or my son knocked and rang the bell to let you know how things were going and to let you know we were done for the day. It was a real pleasure dealing with the owner and his crew. They did a superb job (not that I went up on the roof to check it up close and personal, but rather relied on the report from my roofer). They priced their job fairly. They came in a timely manner (I was replacing my roof and wanted the job done before the new roof went on). It was a real pleasure working with them.

Promptly returned all phone calls, returned to do the work quickly and did a great job!

JWB did a professional job. Most of the mortar was missing from my front steps and the bricks were damaged. Jwb matched the existing brick, reset stone steps and repaired mortar joints. Looks great

The brick steps are amazing and Jim Berry does outstanding work. I would highly recommend him ! He is reliable, honest and a superb craftsman. I am extremely pleased with the whole job and it was a pleasure to deal with the company.

This company was excellent to work with! Reliable and even did some extra work that was not originally contracted. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire them again.
