Mike Calvert responded to my request for information. I met with him and he explained the whole process to me. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. Their product was exactly what I was looking for. I decided to go with J. W. Calvert Mfg. Mike went back to the office and sent me a drawing of the railing in place, on a picture of my house. I sent the picture and the Calvert Website to my HOA. They approved the railing very quickly. I contacted Mike and he came over with the contract on a Wednesday and he set up for the installation to be done that Friday. Brian arrived promptly at 9 AM that Friday. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. I knew that the installation would be completed in 1 day. Imagine my surprise when just after 12 noon; Brian knocked on my door to let me know he was finished. My railing looked amazing and Brian left no trace of debris from the installation. Mike and Brian were both fabulous. What a great experience!

The company contacted within an hour of submitting the request. The salesman arrived the next day, brought rail samples, and provided a quote the same day. Company returned the following week and installed railings 3 days after we hired them. Installer was prompt and finished job quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, excellent installation. We asked for two railings to be installed at our home. I wasn't exactly sure what was best, but Mike guided me through the estimate process & made great recommendations. Brian the installer was on time, very experienced, friendly, thorough and left a spotless, clean job site when he was through. Mike was friendly, had the most reasonable cost, had exactly what I was looking for. He came on a Monday to sign contract and his installer was here Tuesday. The job was perfect and everyone is complimentary of thr work. VERY satisfies

Excellent experience. Got back to me very quickly for an estimate. Also made a point to install the railing as soon as possible as I was having back surgery and needed it right a way. They did a fantastic job with installation.

Mike Calvert and his installer were very professional and courteous, The job was done well withing the timeframe that I wanted it done. Once finished, I was very satisfied with the product and the job that was performed. I highly recommend J.W. Calvert Mfg if you are in the market for aluminum railings. I will definitely call upon them again in the future for any railing replacement work. MIke quickly responded and set up the initial appointment within 3 days. Work was completed a week later. Could not be more satisfied with the product and the work. Sure glad that I reached out to get this work done by a local contractor.

They installed a railing for me for my front steps and I’m blown away by the great job they did! They had to drill into our concrete but they did such a perfect job you can’t even tell. Plus everything was all cleaned up as if they’d never been there. It’s very sturdy and attractive. Mike had responded to my Angi inquiry very quickly and came out the next day for an estimate. I was lucky enough that their schedule allowed them to install the railing the following day. I highly recommend this company! From beginning to end, I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

Professional, quality work, done by qualified people. Kind and courteous from start to finish. Work completed quickly and left the front cement stairs looking great. So very happy with the sturdy railing, with rebar in the in cement and the railings filled with cement, that railing will be safe for years to come. The sales rep and the installer were fantastic. I received my free quote last Friday and they installed the following Monday. Workmanship and materials are quality. My railings look great and I would hire them again!

I was very pleased with this company. They were very accommodating in getting my outside rail installed timely for an outdoor event. The installation was an hour in concrete steps and everything was explained in detail. They showed up on time and got back to me every time I phoned. I would highly recommend.
