I hired them several years ago to replace some single-pane windows with smaller double-pane windows. The did an excellent job on reframing the windows and installing them. I hired them again this year to complete WDO and general wood-rot damage in order to sell our home. They did a fantastic job of repairing the fascia boards and enclosing exposed beams along our car port and porch.

Bathroom Remodel
Remodel is for 2 bathrooms. Originally I was told that it would take 10 days to 2 weeks per bathroom, which I thought was excessive because the bathrooms are only 5' x 8'. Work has been going on for 4 weeks and 1 bathroom is partially complete and 1 has not been started.

I had a deck built which took over one month to complete. Then, parts of the deck were not done. The company said the "extras" they did (i.e. doing the whole deck in composite material like I paid for) were just them being nice. After getting in a shouting match, they finally agreed to finish the project on one condition--that I change my previous Home Advisor review to be more favorable. Apparently, the money I paid wasn't enough to finish the job. So, here is an updated review reflecting the TERRIBLE customer service and poor work of this company.

The contractor rep was prompt in inspecting the project & provided a definitive estimate of costs involved. Moved quickly to provide a team to effect the repairs & completed them with excelllent results. I would definitely use them again for any home repairs or renovations.

Jon did a wonderful job of demonishing a very sorry excues of a screened porch. He worked around my financial needs, and finished on schedule and on budget. I'm so impressed with his work that I will not use anyone else during any remodeling in the future. Using J.W Dunnwright Construction, LLC .Took all the pressure off me. The are real pros.

They were very good. They were prompt efficient. Followed through on all promised except for cleanup of nails. Still finding nails in the yard.
