JWEC was straight forward on how they were going to fix and repair the drywall and plumbing fixtures and door replacement . Always on time and did a great job. l would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again when something else breaks !

He installed a security door, made keys to match all front door locks, and put in a wireless doorbell. The work was done over a year ago, and he never came back with the keys or a doorbell. I called him four months ago, and he said he would be back to fix these issues. As of today, 10/16/22, we still have not heard back from him. Unreliable for sure when it comes to keeping his word! Update: 03/14/2023 Jesse installed a security door and front door for us. He was to make copies of the keys for these doors and never came back. Always an excuse that he had another project or was out of town. Promised to come and fix the issue and still never showed up. I ended up hiring a locksmith today to get the keys for my doors. He ended up having to buy new locks (3) and make copies for me. I left a message for Jesse to call back, as I am going to give him the bill the locksmith gave me. If he does not pay us back for having to hire someone else to fix the problem he created, I will take him to court. I rate him as a ZERO! Beware of someone who has too many projects and not enough time to finish what he has started!

This work was done over 2 yrs ago during the pandemic. My work has a warranty of 1year on labor and parts and when they contacted me 4 months ago the warranty was already expired. They called 3 days ago and left a threatening voicemail and left the review so I offered to pay for the locksmith bill after they left me this 1-star review and take it down which was written 2 years later after the work was performed. They decided to just keep the 1-star review up. What gets me is I performed other work at their house and told them to write reviews then and they did not. Only this one 2 years later after the warranty expired.

Completely unqualified for this job Unable to do the work needed Left us hanging, after 10 days gave up and said he had another job he had to start! Our job was not important and work done has to be corrected.

This statement of opinion has a lot of falsehoods. They never paid me a scent for my materials put in and the 10 days of labor. It started as a window replacement and became a whole bathroom remodel. After the 10th day of working the job my schedule got tight and needed to hire a sub tile installer to finish ( which they agreed to the night before) show up the next day to job they told us to return the material and that they went with another contractor. I sent an invoice, they said we are not paying, you left us with no bathroom!(but yet they told me to take back all the material and subcontractor ready to work)
