He set the time of arrival at 8:00 but called at 8:30 to say he was just leaving his shop & should be here in 10/15 mins. He arrived at 9:10. I was disappointed that he was so late because I could have ran an errand that I needed in that amount of time. He was nice & did a good job with what he could fix.
