They have not stood behind their promised solar production. The owner }{says since it is a small business) uses excuses why the system is underperforming. Enphase even told me the production was over promised but the owners still comes up with reasons why it is not his fault. Trying to resolve situation by offering to split material cost. Still nothing.

I would like to thank JWL Electric for there quick and up to date progress on my Environmental energy system. After the 1st contact, JWL has been in constant contact with me by various means. They have kept all of there promise's and time restrictions. Normally I would had to wait at least three mouths out for any contact, to achieve my goals. They special ordered my generator. Set up all time lines with me, E-mailed me all the time. Made them selves available to answer all my questions. JWL worked out very well, with all my wishes. I would recommend them to any one that has any energy concerns. Now I am at ease with no bills form PG & E, and no more power outs. Thanks to their whole company, they made my home energy efficient and safe again. Thanks to all involved in my recent great experience with you. 5 Stars all the way

They did half the job (installed the solar panels) then they did nothing. My 79-year-old mother contacted them repeatedly to get the solar completed. No response. Finally, I contacted them and was promised they were finishing the solar and would haul away the dirt and concrete and finish filling in the trench as it is a trip fall hazard. Did the cleanup. Sorta. The trench was not properly packed down they did take the concrete then they spread the dirt over the concrete slab who does that 2 inches of dirt spread out a concrete slab, now I will have to hire someone to do the job of cleaning and go after the bond. Do not use these people they will lie right to you and only care about their payday. F the customer.
