He started off well but he did not complete the job, did not follow through, and the Job was not as inspected.

I have filed formal complaint with Angi. Problems with contractor. Requesting refund. Contractor agreed to refund on Aug 22nd but has not complied. Do not recommend this contractor. Find one that does not collect money until job is completed. They do exist on Angi. 1. Contractor did not look at work order prior to starting project. Did porch walking surface, rails and postsà   in wood rather than vinyl. 2. Terrible communications. Does not do what he says he will do and curses youà  through textà  when you ask questions to clarify. 3. Ordered interior paint for exterior job. 4. I do not want him working on my house. Ask him to pickup tools and materials (which he has done) and refund downpayment. He said check in mail Aug 22nd but we have not received. Workers do not work all day on Fridays and Saturdays due to Sabbath.

Jay and his team were excellent in working with our requests and executed them to our satisfaction. We will be using them in the future for more home improvement projects down the road!

This company did a great job. They were timely, friendly and very professional. The contractor communicated regularly throughout the job and followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

I wish that they could be more professional in their communication and not to be so rude with the scheduled process of the project.

the owner was typical to work have been a hard time to start with the project he made excuses to do the job at this point I do not recommend to anybody every time the I contact by text he reply and sometimes he was upset about it

The worker Arrived early and started the job right away. Jay came later. Everything looked so much better after they power washed and painted the trim of my garage door and my front and back door. They repaired my roof of my shed and painted it. Questions that I had were addressed right away, and I was happy with the completed work. The price was very reasonable even after they had to add another charge for materials. The final total was still reasonable.

Awesome company! Jay and his crew painted the exterior of my home and it looks like a new build-fantastic job! The workmanship was impeccable, and the customer service was amazing. I would most certainly hire this pro to work on my most prized possession-our home!

Jay is very professional. He and his team did an awesome job painting our basement floor. They used a high quality product to withstand foot traffic. Our basement looks so much brighter. We now can use it for an area to exercise. We now are going to have more interior work completed with JW Modern Design. We will be working on interior doors along with the trim, painting of front and back doors, painting fireplace with surrounding tile, and painting our banister. We will be doing some renovations to the laundry to make it more user friendly. Jay and his team will be helping us put new flooring in along with the replacement of baseboard trim. We finally found a reliable company who can help us with various needs. We like not having to use contractors from different companies. The right hand knows what the left hand is doing.

The company made immediate contact with me, gave an estimate and did a superb job from start to finish, Their employees were very careful with paint control and protecting my floors and other surfaces! I hired JW Modern Designs to paint our wood siding, soffits, and facia we had replaced. Even though the weather was starting to turn for winter, Jay and his crew were able to get us in and do a great job. He was great with communication and the house looks amazing!

If you are looking for painters, JW Modern Designs is the was to go. The crew is punctual and very courteous. They came right in, did a walk through with me and before they left they made sure I was completely satisfied. They worked fast and were very efficient. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had a great experience with JW Modern Designs! Our project included repair of a few areas of exterior trim around our house, and painting of fascia, soffits, window frame areas, garage doors, and shutters. Jay met with me onsite to go over our proposed job, he was very helpful about what to expect in the process. Once work started, I received updates daily and the team was careful to work around landscaping. The finished job looks great, and we would absolutely use this company again!

JW Design did excellent work on our home. They were priced incredibly fair. The work was well done on our trim and fence staining .The work looks great. We would definitely hire this company’s again.
