I had JW Overhead Door install a replacement Chamberlain belt opener to replace the 20 year+ old one which had lost its mind. John did an excellent job making sure everything worked and cleaned up afterwards, taking away the old opener and parts. He went above and beyond trying to get the old outdoor keypad to work with the new opener which we found out later wouldn’t work due to a security upgrade on the new opener. After I installed a new compatible keypad he followed up to ensure everything was working. I would recommend JW Overhead Door for your garage door needs.

John was super polite and very prompt and communicative about all the arrangements beforehand. He took care of the problem and cleaned and checked the entire garage door. Yes the pros got the job finished with efficiency. They knew just what was the problem. They were very professional and well informed. They sent messages as to when the would arrive so we were well informed of their arrival. They came in, gave an estimate and then commenced work.

John fixed the connection from my door to my opener and replaced the rollers on the door.He did excellent work at a fair price. I will use him again if I have the need.
