Jake and his crew were very talented and meticulous in building a front porch and replacing our front sidewalk. We wouldn't hesitate to use him for any of our home improvement projects!

Jake and crew were very accommodating of a large roof repair. I thought his price was fair and the quality of the shingles used were very good. Jake's crew actually came about two weeks early from the initial scheduled time frame. Communication between Jake (owner) was very good throughout, regularly emailing me and getting back to me. He came out to inspect the final product and everything looks good and works great. His crew was nice and diligent. Only thing I didn't like was having to clean up numerous cigarette butts each night as well as other assorted garbage like food containers and coffee cups that were left around the property. Overall, though very pleased with the end result and work completed.

I had quotes from others, some higher and some lower. When I received my quote from JW Property Development all of my requests for how I wanted the job done were addressed and I was very happy with all of their help. I not only hired them on the spot, I also had them install all new gutters and downspouts. They started the job shortly after and completed the job within days. They did an excellent job on all of the work and clean up. I would not only refer them to other people, I will hire them for some of my other needs. If you don't give them chance to visit you, you could be over paying for a less quality job from others. I have done business with others over the years, and I could not recommend them enough. I would give them not only 5 stars but 10 stars. If you want quality work at a good value call them.
