JW Services installed a new GAF/ ELK roof and seamless gutter system on our home in and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of questions and concerns during the process and John did a great job communicating through the duration of the project. The crew did a great job on the roof and cleanup of the yard and driveway was done daily. We absolutely love the way the roof and gutters look!! This work involved replacement of my workshop 24 by 28 foot roofing with replacement of guttering system. I requested upgrades in the underlayment, replacement and reinforcing of gutter hangers, and premium shingles. I received a detailed quote and scope of work. Crew was effective, efficient, and very respectful of my property ensuring site cleanup and transport of roofing materials across my lawns was minimized to protect its appearance. VERY efficient work crews.

We had John's team replace an asphalt shingle roof and a near flat roof with HDPE membrane. The job was done on time and budget. Cleanup was great too. John is very knowledgeable and guided us on materials selection.

Had roof repair around chimney. John recommended to add a "cricket" or saddle to chimney to aid water drainage. His crew came out and knocked it out in about 3 hours. Also had JW to do a little siding repair on freize boards. Looks awesome. Good value.

Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and capable. They were unable to come immediately because of rain and bad weather, but they kept me informed and answered my phone calls and emails immediately. Excellent costumer service. He fixed the leak and inspected the rest of my roof. He obviously knows his business well. I will hire them for any roofing issues I may have in the future.

Drove from Charlotte to Greenville, NC just to give us a quote! Very knowledgeable and upfront about the job. Crew worked fast and had old roof stripped, deck repaired and new architectural shingles installed and everything cleaned up all in one day. John then added the gutters and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, all before the day was out! When we noticed a small issue later in the week he sent a guy back out to fix it ASAP. We love the look of the roof and gutters, it really spruced up the place! I would highly recommend JW Services for any of your home improvement needs.
